Marc MeichesChairman, President, and Chief Executive OfficerMarc is chairman, president, and chief executive officer of Electric Insurance Company®. He joined the company in 2006; prior to leading Electric Insurance he held several executive positions with General Electric® and was named a GE officer in 2000. For six years, he was the executive vice president and chief financial officer of GE Insurance Solutions (GEIS). He joined GEIS in 2000 with more than 20 years of financial experience in creating and leading global organizations. Marc was also executive vice president, chief operating and financial officer at GE Capital Aviation Services, based in Stamford, CT. He is a former GE corporate audit staff member and a graduate of the GE Executive Leadership and Financial Management Programs. He began his GE career in 1978 after earning his B.S. from the University of Nebraska. |

Tom BottichioChief Financial Officer and Vice President of FinanceTom is the chief financial officer and vice president for Electric Insurance. He is responsible for overseeing all financial planning and accounting operations as well as investment management. He joined the executive team in 2007 and is a member of the board of directors. Previously, Tom was the pricing leader for GE Infrastructure in Cincinnati, Ohio. Tom began his GE career in 1981 and has held numerous financial leadership and CFO roles in the US and at international sites with six GE businesses. While at GE, Tom earned his Six Sigma Master Black Belt and completed GE Leadership and Financial Management Programs. He earned his B.A. from the University of South Florida. |

Mike CrasnickVice President Commercial Lines UnderwritingMike is the vice president of commercial lines underwriting. He joined the executive team in 1991 and leads the commercial lines underwriting function. Prior to joining Electric Insurance, Mike held various risk management and insurance leadership roles at Hasbro, Inc., Co, Computervision Corporation, and The Stop & Shop Companies. He began his career with the Home Insurance Company in Boston. He has a B.S. from the University of Maine and his MBA from Suffolk University, Boston, MA. He also has the CPCU and ARM designations. |

David GreenbaumVice President & General CounselDavid is the vice president and general counsel for Electric Insurance. He joined the executive team in 2001. Responsible for all legal and commercial claims operations, David is also a member of Electric Insurance's board of directors and chairs the company's policy compliance review board. Prior to joining Electric Insurance David was a partner for more than five years at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal in New York and was counsel and vice-president for The Equitable Life Assurance Society. He holds a B.A. from Oberlin College and J.D. from Boston University Law School. |

Maureen HegartyVice President Claims OperationsMaureen is the vice president of claims operations for Electric Insurance. She joined the company in 1989 and is responsible for all facets of its countrywide personal lines home, auto, and excess liability claims operations in addition to the first notice of loss reporting for both personal lines and the GE appliance claims program. Maureen earned the esteemed 2009 Women In Insurance Leadership Award from Insurance Networking News (INN) magazine and her team was the proud recipient of the 2009 Customer Service Department of the Year Award from the American Business AssociationSM. Her leadership extends into our mentoring programs, women's network, and her community service. She holds a B.A. from Ithaca College, NY. |

Kimberly KouryVice President Contact Center OperationsKimberly is the vice president of contact center operations for Electric Insurance. She is responsible for new policy sales, customer service, GE executive accounts and operational support teams. She also serves as advisor to the GE women's network Beverly hub. She joined Electric Insurance in 2000 as the company's Web marketing and operations manager and quickly became the manager of new policy sales before her promotion to vice president in 2006. She holds her Bachelor's Degree from Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, NY. |

Gerard McCarthyChief Underwriting Officer and Senior Vice PresidentGerard is the chief underwriting officer and senior vice president for Electric Insurance. He is responsible for leading the underwriting, product management, and actuarial organizations for Electric Insurance's personal lines and commercial lines operations. Gerard is also a member of Electric Insurance's board of directors. He joined Electric Insurance in 1994 as vice president of personal lines finance. Dean MurrayChief Compliance Officer and Vice PresidentDean is the chief compliance officer and vice president of workers' compensation and regulatory compliance for Electric Insurance. He oversees regulatory compliance audit functions and workers' compensation insurance programs for General Electric. In addition, Dean and his team are responsible for reporting state and federal regulatory changes and their impact on the business. Prior to joining Electric Insurance in 1997, Dean held various leadership roles in claims and risk management at Liberty Mutual, Stop & Shop companies, and Raytheon. Nick SchulsonChief Human Resource Officer & Vice President Human ResourcesNick is the chief human resource officer and vice president of human resources for Electric Insurance. He joined the company in 2004 and has functional responsibility for the HR, Training, Internal Communications, and Facilities Operations teams. He is also a member of the board of directors. Prior to joining Electric Insurance Nick held various divisional and corporate human resource leadership roles at Nokia and at Cabletron Systems. Tom StumpekChief Information Officer & Vice President Information TechnologyTom is the chief information officer and vice president of technology for Electric Insurance. He joined Electric Insurance in 2007 from General Electric where he was the global leader for enterprise architecture and new product introductions. In this role, Tom was responsible for the global strategy of all IT infrastructure enterprise architecture, and for new product introductions across network, computer, collaboration, and voice technologies. Tom joined GE in 1993 and went on to hold IT leadership assignments at GE Corporate and chief technology officer roles at GE Commercial Finance and GE Plastics. While at GE, he earned his Six Sigma Masters Black Belt. Tom holds his B.S. from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. |
